[mythtv-users] USB gamepad use - Interact AxisPad

check out the manpages for each app.  There are specific switches that
you can use to turn on joysticks etc.  If I recall correctly, turning on
joystick1 in snes9x is
snes9x -joy1 1

But don't trust me on that.  I get confused between snes, nes and mame
switches.  read the manpages for yourself. :)
