[mythtv-users] Myth box for everything?

I was just wondering how many of you have decided to scrap the
traditional receiver model and just run use your Myth box with a good
5.1 sound card. Does the quality compare? How much load would this add
to the box (I'd assume not much if it's hardware Dolby decoding)?
