The commercial detection code is marking where it thinks the commercials 
are, not removing them.  If you get to a commercial, press "z" to jump 
over it.  To actually remove the commercials from the stream, you can 
use the transcode tools, which will essentially give you a new stream 
with the commercials taken out.

You can also turn on "auto-skip" in the mythfrontend setup screen, but 
most people don't do that because the commercial skip isn't perfect.
