[mythtv-users] Problems with Gentoo + LIRC + Hauppauge Nexus-S DVB Card

I am running Gentoo with vanilla-sources-2.4.24 kernel. I had to change the 
contents of /etc/conf.d/lircd to read:

LIRCD_OPTS="-d /dev/lirc/0"

instead of:

LIRCD_OPTS="-d /dev/lirc/lirc0"

Once I did this all worked fine. However, I am using a Hauppauge PVR-350 card. 

Just my 2 cents worth. Hope it helps in some way.
