There is no direct configuration for the emulators ( Mame, Snes9x, etc ) 
inside MythGame. You have to do it externally. As such, any joypads / 
controllers supported by the emulator are supported by MythGame - MythGame is 
just a shell for selecting a game to play and launching the emulator.

Pesonally I have a Wireless USB controller and it works great with my SNES 
games.
