I also have an overture and love it. In my entertainment center, it's very
quiet. I had to use a ThermalTake Silent Boost heatsink over the default one
because of heat though.

I'm using the Overture and it's effectively quiet enough for me.
You certainly can't hear it once you're actually watching television, which
is the whole point I think. I'm using the Overture with the standard Athlon
fan on the CPU.
