It should be enough to compile MythTV with CLE266 support, have you 
un-commented the following lines of your settings.pro?
# VIA cle266 support
CONFIG += using_viahwslice
DEFINES += USING_VIASLICE
EXTRA_LIBS += -lddmpeg
