Jeff was specifically referring to HDTV cards with onboard decoders.  
The HD-2000 doesn't have one.

Tim was looking for an HDTV QAM tuner that would also decrypt his cable 
provider's signal.  The HD-2000 only decodes unencrypted HDTV signals.
