Yes. Just haven't had time to update my site. Quite a few folks have 
upgraded. Actually, the latest available is 0.15.1 (bug fix 
point-release after 0.15).

Note that if you're in the US or Canada, you need to do a few extra 
things to compensate for zap2it's changes. Otherwise, yes, that's about 
all there is to it.
