for nvidia.

I use two "ServerLayout"s one for Twinview (monitor &
TV) and another for TVOnly (the only way to use
"TVOverScan").  
Note:  your XF86Config maybe not work if you use
Twinview and "TVOverScan".

I end up just using TVOnly by default because my TV
