Darren, you were correct  My problem is the resolution for the display 
in XF86Config.  The resolution 720x480 has an aspect ratio of 1.5:1.  
The pictures that I'm trying to view are 1.33:1.  When I resize my 
pictures to 1.5:1 they look great.  Now, does anyone have an example 
XF86Config file with a standard 4:3 ratio for a PVR-350?  I'm currently 
using the one listed in Jarod's guide.
