I'm having trouble with this too. I had DataDirect working fine for a
week or so, then it stopped working. The closest I've gotten to finding
the problem so far is that if I run this command:
tv_grab_na_dd --configure --dd-data dat.xml
and answer all the questions, I get this output:
...
Fetching from DataDirect
dd_data is in dat.xml
Fetched 16 k/bytes in 7 seconds
loading data: #################################################
error parsing DD xml:
mismatched tag at line 520, column 2, byte 17268 at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1/i386-linux-thread-multi/XML/Parser.pm
line 187
Partial XML follows:
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
Bad XML from DD, cannot continue
and then my dat.xml has this at the end:
...
<map station='16125' channel='95' from='2003-12-22'/>
<map station='18179' channel='98' from='2002-08-07'/>
<map station='10183' channel='99' from='2002-01-16'/>
</lineup>
</lineups>
<schedules>
<SOAP-ENV:Fault>
<faultcode
xmlns:ns1='urn:TMSWebServices'>ns1:ZTVWebServiceTechnicalError</faultcode>
<faultstring>An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.
If this message reappears, please contact support.</faultstring>
<detail><faultnumber>100</faultnumber></detail>
</SOAP-ENV:Fault>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
I end up with my channel table fully populated but nothing in my program
table. Any suggestions? If not, whose support should I be contacting?
FYI, I'm using atrpms with these vers:
