It does everything _except_ tell me what the unusual keys are. Binding the
obvious ones (like the digits, dot, backspace, enter, tab, page up, page
down) are no problem.

Binding the "Email" button is another matter. What I'm after is a way to
find out what Myth would expect to have added in there for such a
button. Is there any way to inspect the keystrokes Myth is getting?
