It's a feature. Seriously.

KDE will try to restart your sessions/programs/windows you had running
when you shut down, more or less like Mac.

You had mythbackend, running as root, in a console window when you shut
down.

It is trying to restart it, but requires the password.

To get rid of it, cancel it, and shut down KDE normally. 
(log out)

It should not come back.
