[mythtv-users] Listing/Recording Times messed up ...

Where are the settings for times/offsets?   After upgrading to .15 and
DD for listings mine are completely messed up.   I'm in CDT, my tzconfig
is correct and my system date is correct.   My listings and recording
schedules are 5 hours off; which would be my offset to UTC.   This is
evident in both mythfrontend and mythweb

How do I restore my sanity?
