[mythtv-users] Listings after 9pm eventually go missing.

Realize that they may have been a day or two short on new
data when everybody was off for the holiday weekend. Normally
the 12th day is good enough in my listings but 11 would be even
safer. Remember that the tv_grab_na used to be just 9.

A better long term solution may be to refill any day that has no
starttimes between 8:00pm and midnight rather than just refilling
days that don't have any data for the whole day.
