[mythtv-users] Setup program?

Hello. I have a "noob" question. Sorry if it's been
addressed before. I'm the process of setting up MythTV
for the first time. There are references to a "setup"
directory and a "setup" program in the documentation,
but I can't find either one. I installed MythTV using
the RPMs found at...

Where is the mysterious setup program and what is it
called?
