Looks quite nasty, especially the usb stuff.

What do

uname -a
rpm -qa --qf '%{name}\t%{arch}\n' kernel-module\*
rpm -qa --qf '%{name}\t%{arch}\n' kernel kernel-smp

return? Are all archs the same? Do the trailing kernel versions match?
Also try rpm -V on kernel and kernel-modules (and just in case also
against your modutils).
