They should work fine with the nVidia binary drivers (
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp ). As far as picture
quality, I can't tell you. I'm using a (much cheaper) Chaintech MX440,
and it has a great picture--almost as nice as my PVR-350, but much more
stable, and much better with goom!
