[mythtv-users] mythfilldatabase sql error 1062: duplicate entry for key

hi,

when running mythfilldatabase from within cron or from the shell i get
lots of:

Error inserting person
DB Error (person insert):
Query was:
INSERT INTO people (name) VALUES ("VicoTorriani; Diether Krebs; Peter
Alexander;
 Hans Joachim Kulenkampff; Peter Frankenfeld; Claus Havenstein; Reinhard
Mey; Bi
ll Ramsey; Hape Kerkeling");
Driver error was [2/1062]:
QMYSQL3: Unable to execute query
Database error was:
Duplicate entry 'VicoTorriani; Diether Krebs; Peter Alexan' for key 2

errors. (actually for each insert i think).
i'm using 
ii  mysql-server   4.0.18-5       mysql database server binaries
and the newest xmltv version
ii  xmltv          0.5.34-3       Functionality related to the XMLTV
file form

can anyone help me with this?
