[mythtv-users] IVTV problem

I posted this issue to ivtv's list yesterday morning and have not gotten
any reponses. I've tried several versions of ivtv and can't get it
loaded. The last one I tried was CVS. I'm trying to load everything
with:
modprobe i2c-core
modprobe i2c-algo-bit
modprobe tuner
modprobe msp3400
modprobe videodev
modprobe saa7115
modprobe saa7127 
enable_output=1 output_select=0
modprobe lirc_i2c
modprobe lirc_dev
modprobe ivtv mpg_buffers=30

I get this on the screen:
ioctl: VIDIOC_S_STD
FATAL: Error running install command for ivtv

In /var/log/messages I get the errors that can be seen here:

I'm trying to run this on FC2 with original kernel. I'm using a PVR-350.

Anyone seen this before? My searches came up pretty empty. Any
suggestions?
