[mythtv-users] Quality of recordings degraded

Its an ivtv problem, you didn't mentioned what version of ivtv you use, 
I'll assume 0.1.9 like me, so heres the fix:

test_ioctl -p 3; sleep 5; test_ioctl -p 2
