i can see what they are talking about. maybe a dumbed down version of
mythtv with all the advanced options removed. in that case you probably
wouldnt want to provide plugins like mythgame which can take alot of
setup time. ive heard of people already making commercial
distributions, so all they would need is a dumbed down version. frankly
i dont see that happening unless one of those commercial entities gets
involved, because the people developing it mostly develop it for
themselves. as for hdtv, i think the coolest thing that could happen
for mythtv is if the fusion 3 gold qam got good american cable support
and drivers for linux.
