[mythtv-users] OT: Using tcrequant to reduce file size of MPEG2

I believe I've seen it mentioned before in the mailing list that you can use
tcrequant to requantize MPEG2 video and reduce its size.  I was wondering if
anyone has done this and if you could give me any pointers on how to use
this program?
