[mythtv-users] What type of serial cable for mythtv and cable box?

Can anyone tell me what type of serial cable I would need to connect my 
pc(mythtv box) to my cable box. I have a Motorola DCT2224 box with a DB9 
connector. I have searched pretty hard but cannot find a definate answer but 
from what I have found it takes a straight through cable. Is this correct? Can 
anyone direct me to a diagram that shows how to wire this kind of cable up or 
direct me to a place to buy one? Thanks a lot!

One more thing, if anyone has this particular type of box, could you tell me 
exactly how I can check the firmware on it. Cant seem to be able to figure 
that out either.
