[mythtv-users] Green Screen of Death

For no apparent reason, from time to time, my system decides to record 
a program that ends up as a green screen with static at the top, then 
anything else that is recorded ends up in black and white until I 
restart the backend.

I have done plenty of research on this and from what I can tell it 
looks like it's picking the wrong input.  I wish I knew the reasoning 
for this so that I can make it stop.

Has anyone else run into this problem ?  And what remedy do you guys 
recommend ?
