Dear myth users,

ATrpms contains a bleeding section, which is intended for packages in
an unstable state or best at a state of unknown stability. For
reference here is the stability scale used at ATrpms:

    * stable packages imply minimal upgrading risk. They are
      considered very well tested.
You will usually find slight modifications to Red Hat's own
      packages here.
    * good packages have been working very well, but there hasn't yet
been enough third party feedback to judge on more setups.
    * testing packages are provided on a "works for me" basis.
    * bleeding packages means asking for trouble!
    * obsolete packages will be removed soon.

The bleeding section is not activated in the default ATrpms
configuration. It has to be done manually, so nobody just "happens" to
be using bleeding.

Please don't use bleeding if the stability of you system
matters. While it is true that bleeding is very often very stable it
is not the quaranteed behaviour (by definition!). bleeding is intended
for early user testing and developers' exchange.

Having said that you are welcome to use bleeding and test the packages
found there, if you are aware of the risks involved.
