[mythtv-users] tv_grab_uk_rt

I've just tried to do this and I can't seem to get it to work :-(

in my .xmltv/tv_grab_uk_rt.conf I added an entry for 
channel north-east.bbc2.bbc.co.uk

This has a corresponding entry in channids
north-east.bbc2.bbc.co.uk:110:BBC 2

But when I run tv_grab_uk_rt it just claims there's no such channel.
Can you give an example of it working ? Which files do you have to edit
etc, or am I missing the point ?
