Well - you can find the products itself at http://www.hauppauge.com.
The second question is too general, because it mainly depends on
your configuration:
- do you have antenna, cable or satellite?
- are you interested in analog or digital programs?
- do you want it to connect to a PC or Mac?
- do you want to put it into the computer (PCI-Slot) or via USB?

Please check the Website, there are all their cards described.
