[mythtv-users] 0.13 mythweb thinks it's the year 1970 -- bug?

Upgrade that theme file to CVS.

I'd say upgrade everything, but there are changes elsewhere that will
break against .13.

This is a well-documented bug, and was fixed a week or so after .13 was
released - unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easy way at the
moment to make subreleases, so there was never a .13.1 release or
anything like that.
