[mythtv-users] On nuvexport

Hi guys,

I decided to give nuvexport a go a few minutes ago and convert a 1 hour
recording (commercials cutlist enabled) to SVCD.

The resulting file was merely ~50MB! I somehow doubt this is normal.
Further, when trying to play this file with mplayer I get lots of these:

Too many audio packets in the buffer: (3681 in 8388999 bytes).
Maybe you are playing a non-interleaved stream/file or the codec failed?
For AVI files, try to force non-interleaved mode with the -ni option.

Shouldn't I be able to play the file before burning it? I know mplayer can
play vcds.

I also tried exporting to VCD, with the same result, only this time the file
ended up around 550MB, which seems reasonable.

Also, what is the difference between 1 and 8, and between 5 and 7?

Thanks,
IvanK.
