I am attempting to get an IR Blaster working with my MythTv system which is
otherwise functional at this point. I just can't change channels yet! I am
following Robert Wambles writeup on how to do this, but I am unable to make
lirc. Here is what I get:

[root at myth remote-0.7.0pre2]# make
make  all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/mythtv/remote-0.7.0pre2'
Making all in drivers

bash: command substitution: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for
matching `''
bash: command substitution: line 3: syntax error: unexpected end of file
bash: make[4]:: command not found

I am just not familiar enough with all the components to understand the
issue here. Any ideas? I am on Fedora Core 1.

Thanks,
Steve, N5AC

Developers: awesome system by the way!
