I didn't mean to imply that. I use Linux exclusively at home, but
have often used Macs (including recently) and use Windows at work for
my business applications (Outlook calendar, Powerpoint, etc.) as well
as for Win32 porting.

I'm just judging on raw computing speed, but if that's not your
primary motivation (and it isn't for most people who buy a Mac), then
by all means, buy the Mac: the interface is very slick and everything
just seems to work together right without any fiddling.

It's very informative, but only if you read the legends very closely.
