[mythtv-users] pvr350 and long delays from live TV

I finally managed to get my PVR350 working in Debian <woohoo!> but I notice
a long - and I think, increasingly long - delay between actual live TV as
seen on my TV direct from my DishNetwork receiver, and the same vid
processed through the '350 and viewed on the PC monitor.  I realize there
will be SOME kind of encoding/decoding delay, but it's so far out of sync
that channel changing (done with a remote for the dishnet box) that it's not
do-able.

The longer I watch, the farther out of sync the "live" TV gets from the
"processed" PVR350 TV.

Where is the problem here?  Is this normal?
