A 250 would be sufficient. You only need one TV-Out/decoder.

Hm, I have Comcast Digital Cable myself (Seattle area), and the set-top
box isn't required until channel 126 (minus the HD channels on
100-119).

I've already got one. Motorola DCT-5100. Very nice toy, but it'd be
nicer if they didn't disable all the fun stuff (like the USB ports, the
FireWire port, the Ethernet port, etc...).
