The Rev1 PVR-250 & the OEM PVR-250 (aka "Freestyle") does indeed have
the same decoder chip that is on the PVR-350 (but no tv-out). The
Rev-2 PVR-250 does not have either the decoder or the tv-out. However,
it's rather a moot point since the ivtv driver doesn't support using
the 250/Freestyle decoder, and it's questionable whether it would ever
be able to.
