[mythtv-users] Sound problem with SECAM

I have a PVR250 card configured for secam-france. It works quite well
except that the sound disappear when I change channels. The only way to
recover sound is to use test_ioctl -v input=7,output=1 after each
channel change. How could I add this simple command to Mythtv as does
ptune.pl? Is there a config file similar to .ivtvrc giving an option 
like SetMSPMartix=1 ?
