[mythtv-users] Cygwin and Mythfrontend...

Out of curiosity, I ran mythfrontend from an X-session originating from
Cygwin. I was able to access most features, but I found the response a
little slow. 

Are there parameters that I can pass to X to make the session a little more
responsive? 

Are there any other Myth users using Cygwin?

Am I expecting too much from Cygwin to act as a Mythfrontend?
