Thanks for everyone suggestions, I've not really got to the bottom of
the issue, although clearing access to the PSU fan intake seemed to help
a bit (ide cables etc)
I think I'm probably left with have the box facing the wall :-) Maybe
I'm being over sensitive about it, Q-Fan does seem to be doing what's
meant to, it's just that I find the fan noisy in a silent room.
I might try a different CPU fan in the future. The box is still in the
"development room" for now so I've got a bit of time before I install it
in the front room.
