[mythtv-users] Occasional vertical pars appearing in picture

My PVR-250 card does this from time to time.  The problem with mine is 
that it's resolution is jumping to 720x480 instead of staying at 640x480.

I jump out to the menu (so that the PVR card isn't doing anything).  
Then issue this command:

# /usr/lib/ivtv/test_ioctl -f width=640,height=480
