a) Or visit the mailing list archives for the dev list and grab it there.

b) Issac will look it over, and either a) Include it, b) request that I 
change things around and resubmit it, or c) Say he's not interested.  If 
either a or b happen it'll become part of MythTV which means it'll be in 
CVS for those that track CVS and in the next released version.  If c 
happens then you'll have to manually apply the patch to your source 
code.  I expect either a or b to happen though.
