So why hasn't anyone done this before?
(I don't see anything about the Nupplevideo format on that site, so I'm 
assuming you coded that part yourself, but use ffmpeg for actually 
encoding / decoding the video streams, right?) Maybe I should take a 
look at some code, as I'm competent with C++.
