I believe you're probably correct, speaking strictly about NTSC television
signals. Any other video (DVD, divx, HDTV, etc) is going to look much better
on the DVI (well, the 350 can't even handle some of the other stuff).
However, I get damned near identical quality direct from my cable box and
from video fed through my PVR-250-equipped MythTV box, both feeding the TV
via component video.
