[mythtv-users] Live MythTV settings cause 'jumping' image using
ivtv and PVR 250

Last week I installed MythTV from CVS. I'm using the PVR 250 card with the
ivtv driver from 28-12-2003.
The problem I am facing is that MythTV causes the captured stream to hop up
and down aproximately one line (for example during Live TV).
Strange thing is that before I use MythTV live-TV I can capture steady
streams from /dev/video0 using cat, but after closing MythTV captures using
cat /dev/video0 are also jumping. This causes me to think that MythTV does a
wrong setting. Unfortunately ivtv's tool test_ioctl -C does not show any
differences (maybe I can get more settings out of the driver?) Just to make
clear: it's really the captured mpeg file that is wrong and not the playback
of the mpeg which I verified by playing back the mpeg files on another pc.
Is there someone who knows the solution to my problem?
Kind regards,
Paul
