Ooh!! I've done something useful for someone who has been
one of the best sources for documentation and user questions
for Myth and I've paid back some of the debt I owe to the Open
Software community!! Cool!! :-))

The codes I listed should correspond to the names of the keys
that appear in the lircd.conf and lircrc that were attached. The
RC5 key-code numbers should all produce valid RC5 codes
that are in the same RC5 code group as the majority of the
rest of the keys in the VCR 0081 emulation (I think is was
the 02 group). Only the LEFT and RIGHT keys are in another
RC5 code group.

If you are having trouble figuring out how to set up the lircd.conf
to read capture the codes you could just use the lircd.conf
sample from the LIRC site that contains the entire set of RC5
codes and it will tell you the corresponding entry to use for
lircd.conf (I actually mapped all of the codes I use to both the
0081 emulation key code and the LIRC RC5 key value, eg:
INFO = 108 = 0A which would indicate that the key marked INFO
on my remote should be set to override value 108 in 0081
emulation and that represents the RC5 sys_02_command_0a
code).

If I can be of any further help don't hesitate to ask!!
