[mythtv-users] ivtv / pvr250 MCE problem...

You actually have to get the ivtv source to get the extraction tool, a fact
which I found when I went to the site last week.

...for the record I ran into this SAME problem...and even after reading the
documentation I was still confused.  I couldn't find the PL script....and
ivtv refused to install...so I was rather stuck until I got passed this
step...

And from the Google results which you say you had already found:

It clearly says, use the ivtvfwextract.pl script, for the executable drivers
(the exe's linked from Jarod's howto, which YOU refered to)

Does anyone else besides me find this funny, or am I missing something?
