[mythtv-users] mythtv not responding when playing movies

if you want to use the remote with mplayer you have to compile it in or
look for a mplayer package that has lirc compiled in.
The buttons in mplayer are not the same as the onces used in myth. Try
the arrow bottons for ff/rew and the q button to exit.
Or better yet, type in mplayer in a console and read the output.
