I had a similar problem with ghosting /blurring with analogue cards - I 
found by chance that if I turned down the vertical resolution, and not 
txhe horizontal that it vanished. I'm currently running 576x288 Mpeg4 at 
3300 bitrate, and the quality is very good. It's almost true 16:9 as 
well so the aspect looks correct on my tv.
