I have a Celeron 466, 320MB, i810 chipset, and a PVR-250. I'm currently
using 480x480 and 3000kbps encoding. It works pretty well. The machine
records with very little CPU usage. Playback for LiveTV takes about 40%
CPU. Commercial flagging is just about realtime (28min for a 30min show).
MythVideo (mplayer) is able to play DVDs just fine.

I do have one issue that I think might be CPU related. When I bring up the
program guide while watching LiveTV, I get a bit of audio stuttering while
it rearranges the screen and initially brings up the guide.
