moving Pubkeys from /var/lib/rpm to another directory and rebuilding the database worked. I didn't re-import the keys it seemed to create a new Pubkeys directory. Thank you very much. I'm not positive that all is well, but I was able to upgrade apt-get using rpm and then use apt-get to upgrade xmltv. Thanks again, Vinton
